Unable to Add Phone Number for Verification

Question

I am experiencing an issue while trying to add my mobile phone number to my Adobe account for verification. Whenever I enter my phone number and click "Add," I receive the following error message:

"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."

I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. I have also attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

Anyone can solve this problem?

Sadly, no. Nobody in this user-to-user forum can help. And Adobe doesn’t monitor this public web forum.

Several users from certain regions have reported the same issue. Geolocation blocks are preventing users from completing the phone verification process. Unfortunately, nobody can do anything while the geolocation blocks are in effect. Sorry.
