Unable to connect existing Payoneer account to Adobe Stock

Hello. I have an approved and active Payoneer account, and I am trying to connect it to my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

When I click “Connect your account”, the Payoneer page opens, but the connection does not complete and I am returned to the same screen.

I have already enabled pop-ups and third-party cookies in Chrome and tried again, but it still does not work.

My existing Payoneer account is fully verified and approved. I do not want to create a new Payoneer account.

Could you please help me connect my existing Payoneer account to Adobe Stock Contributor?

Adobe doesn’t monitor this user-to-user forum. Nobody from Adobe will see this or reply.

    Some things to try:

    1. Switch to an incognito window/different browser,
    2. Log into Payoneer in a separate tab before attempting to reconnect from your contributor payout settings.
    3. Failing the above steps, contact the Contributor Relations Team for technical assistance.

    Good luck.

Some regions require royalty payments to be placed in a Business Account.

Contact your regional PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill for more details.

In Serbia, it is not mandatory to make payments for copyrights to a business account. According to the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the author is always the natural person who created the original work. Therefore, payment of royalties can be made completely legally directly to the personal checking account of the natural person

Update: Adobe now shows my Payoneer status as “Connecting…”, but the connection still fails with the error “Something went wrong. Please try again in a few moments.”
My Payoneer account is fully approved and active.
Could someone please advise whether this requires support intervention on the Adobe Stock side?
