Unable to connect to adobe Stock server

Hi. Im trying to upload some footage for the first time. I cant doi it via Premier, in Publish settings beacouse of a connecting error, " Cant log in" . So I tried with a FTP App. Couldn't install Fillezilla beacouse I have Macosx Sierra and there 's no more versions for that sistem. So I found another App that is givinig me an error of conection. User or password error. I copy and paste the host name an ID from de adobe stock web. So, i dont know what to do!

Any help would be aprecciated.
