Unable to Create New Contributor Account – Case #00400047, No Response from Support

Hello Adobe Support and Community,

I’m facing an issue while trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. I received a message saying that multiple Contributor accounts are not allowed. However, I have no access to any previous account and I’m not aware of ever creating one before.

I contacted Adobe Contributor Support over 10 days ago and received a case number (#00400047), but I haven’t received any response or update since then.

I would really appreciate some guidance on what to do next, or if someone from the support team could kindly follow up on my case.

Here are my current details:
- Name: Md Ikbal Hosen
- Email:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

Looking forward to your assistance.
Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Ikbal

10 days is not exactly a long waiting time. Contributor support does not check here, and publishing your e-mail address here is against the forum guidelines and exposes you to scammers and phishing mails. If you get a respose, make sure that the response is from a real adobe.com address and not something like adobe.stock at outlook dot com. That happens to many times...
