"Unable to process..."

Hello!

 

In my most recent batch of reviewed files, several were rejected with the following message:

 

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file. Please contact us for more information.

 

I have no idea why the images were rejected, and I don't know who to "contact" to find out.

 

Any ideas?

Post a screenshot of the refusal reason. That seems to be a new message.

What file type did you submit?

JPEG. Same as the other files that I usually submit, and like the kind that got accepted in the same batch.

I've never encountered such an error. Perhaps you should try to resubmit one of those files by itself and see what happens.
