Unable to Reach Adobe Stock Contributor Support

Hello,

I contacted contributor-support@adobe.com about a week ago regarding recovery of my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I still haven’t received any response or even an automatic confirmation.

I’m unable to access the account because the old email address connected to it no longer exists, so I need help with manual account recovery and updating the email address.

Does anyone know if this email is still actively monitored, or if there is another way to contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support without being able to sign in?

Thank you!

Thank you for the detailed instructions. I tried this as well exactly as you suggested.

I blocked pop-ups and redirects in my browser settings, cleared cookies and cache again, and then went directly to the Adobe Stock Contributor page.

Unfortunately, the result is still exactly the same. I am still automatically redirected to the old Fotolia synchronization page.

At this point, it really seems that the redirect is happening on Adobe’s side because of the legacy Fotolia connection on my account, rather than being caused by my browser settings.

Since the Fotolia synchronization page is no longer functional, as you mentioned, it seems that a manual synchronization or account correction by Adobe may be necessary.

Is there any other way to reach the Contributor Relations Team directly when the account itself keeps forcing me back to the Fotolia page?

Thank you again for continuing to help me with this.

Not really. Fotolia is stuck to you like glue.

I think the only thing left is to create a new Adobe account that has no connection to Fotolia.

Thank you again for your suggestion. I followed the clean sign-in steps exactly as you described: I used Incognito Mode, went directly to contributor.stock.adobe.com, and signed in with my Adobe ID.

This time, Adobe redirected me to the Fotolia account synchronization page (/onboarding/sync-fotolia-2) with the message: “We’ve noticed that you are selling on Fotolia. Fotolia is now part of Adobe Stock so let’s get your accounts synced.”

However, when I enter my Fotolia login credentials, I now receive the error: “Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again.”

So Adobe clearly recognizes that my account is connected to an old Fotolia contributor account, but I am unable to complete the synchronization process and therefore cannot access my Adobe Stock Contributor dashboard.

I have attached a new screenshot showing exactly what happens.

Since the same issue occurs in Incognito Mode and through the direct Contributor URL, I believe this may be a legacy Fotolia account migration/synchronization issue rather than a browser problem.

Is there any way someone from Adobe Stock Contributor Support can manually check the connection between my old Fotolia account and my Adobe ID, or help complete/reset the migration on Adobe’s side?

Thank you very much for your help.

Fotolia is dead & that useless synchronization page isn’t connected to anything.

Your goal is to reach the Contributor log-in page & remain there so you can contact the Contributor Relations Team.  Adobe will have to do a manual synchronization for you.

To stop your browser from redirecting to unwanted pages, change your site permission settings to block pop-ups and redirects, clear your cookies & cache again.

    • Open your browser menu (three dots or lines in the top right).
    • Go to Settings.
    • Navigate to Privacy and Security or Cookies and site permissions.
    • Select Site Settings.
    • Click on Pop-ups and redirects.
    • Choose Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.

    Hi,

I’m a long-time contributor who originally joined through Fotolia and was later migrated to Adobe Stock.

I can successfully sign in to my Adobe account with the email associated with my old account. However, when I try to access Adobe Stock Contributor, instead of opening my existing Contributor account and portfolio, Adobe redirects me to the old Fotolia account sync page.

When I enter my old Fotolia credentials, I receive the message that my account/credentials cannot be authenticated.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing that I am successfully signed into Adobe while being redirected to the Fotolia sync page.

Could this be a Fotolia–Adobe account linking/migration issue that requires a manual sync by Adobe Stock Contributor Support?

I contacted Contributor Support a week ago but haven’t received a response yet.

    Thank you for any help.

You can log in to your account even if the email no longer exist. Login using the old email address and the valid password.

An Adobe Stock contributor can change their primary email address independently without contacting contributor support.

Because an Adobe Stock Contributor account is directly linked to an overall Adobe ID account, changing the email address on the main Adobe Account page automatically updates the sign-in email for the Contributor Portal.

1.Sign in to your main Adobe Account:Must be done at account.adobe.com, not inside the Stock portal.

Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with your current (old) Adobe ID credentials.

    2.Navigate to Account Information:

Go to the Account information and access section on your account management dashboard.

    3.Update Primary Email:

Select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID). Enter your new email address.

    4.Verify New Email:

Check your new email inbox for a verification code sent by Adobe. Enter the code on screen to finalize the change.

    @Snezana341113287gh9

You’re the victim of a browser redirect loop caused by old cookies & cached data.

    1. Log-out of Adobe.
    2. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies from Tools > Settings > Privacy & Security > Browsing data. Or ask Google for your browser’s details.
    3. Log-in again to Adobe with your Contributor ID & Password.

    Hope that helps.
