Unable to receive SMS verification code for Adobe Stock Contributor in Sri Lanka

Question

Hello Adobe Stock Support,I am a new Adobe Stock Contributor from Sri Lanka and I am unable to complete the phone verification step. I do not receive the SMS verification code on my Sri Lankan mobile number.I have tried both Dialog and Hutch mobile networks, but I still do not receive the verification SMS. Because of this, I cannot access my Contributor account or the Contributor Relations support form.Could you please help me verify my phone number manually or provide an alternative verification method?Thank you.

There is presently a geo-location block on Sri Lanka that will prevent you from signing up to Adobe until and unless the block is lifted.

Due to trade & currency restrictions, Adobe doesn’t do direct business in Sri Lanka.

Product users must go through 3rd party resellers authorized to do business in Sri Lanka.

Check back in a few months. Or try submitting to other marketplaces.
