Unable to receive SMS verification code for Sri Lanka phone number

Hello Team,​I am trying to complete my account setup for Adobe Stock Contributor. However, when I add my phone number (NUMBER REMOVED FROM PUBLIC FORUM) for verification, I do not receive the SMS verification code.​I have tried clearing my browser cache, using Incognito mode, and ensuring no VPN is active, but the code still does not arrive. I also have same issue, OTP is not receiving, I think many Sri Lankans facing this issue, looks like issue is not in our end
