Unable to resubmit government ID

When i try to submit an image it is giving me a message saying that my Government id got rejected however when i try to click on the button to resubmit my ID nothing happens. this is getting frustrating as I cannot find another place where I can submit it. Please someone help me.

Hi David,

Try closing out the page and restart the procedure. Also if you\re having Internet service issue this will cause the link to render inactive. If however there is not an issue with your internet service and, you continue to get the same error, send a report via the "Contact us" on your account page.
