Unable to see my contributor's page

Hi all!

I'm uble to log-in [PII removed by moderator] in here and some other pages, but once I want to access my contributor's page I'm getting forwarded to page https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/au/account-creation-unavailable with the message "New account creation is not available at this time", but I already have an account. Everyday I get email with daily earnings report to the same mail address. So how can I resolve this issue?

Probably the reason might that I'm russian citizen, but I live in Australia on working visa.

For your own safety, remove email from your screen name. That's a neon sign for spam bots and email harvesters to exploit.

It may well be that your origin is the problem, especially, if the original account has been created with Russia as living place.

You will need to contact contributor support for this, I suppose. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Thank you! I'm not able to access "contact us" page for the same reason. Is there any other way how can I ask to unblock my account? it is unfair to block me as i'm not living in Russia and don't support the war.

If you have sales, it is not blocked. There is a different issue. Check your private message, I've responded there.
