Unable to Upload 59:59 Video; Unable to Get Adobe Support to Investigate.

Since around October 2, I have been unable to upload videos to Adobe Stock.
I contacted Adobe Support, but they only sent me a URL and did not conduct a proper investigation:

I have uploaded over 7,400 videos so far using the same export settings as always.
However, even though I have not changed any settings, I suddenly became unable to upload videos.
Could you please let me know the cause of this issue?

As a test, I tried changing the format to .MOV. Short videos can be uploaded successfully,
but every attempt to upload a 59:59 video fails.

I am certain that my videos are exported and uploaded in full compliance with the official guidelines.

• Chrome: Upload fails

• FileZilla (SFTP): Upload completes, but the file does not appear in my account

• Short videos: Upload works

• Photos: Upload works
