Unable to Verify Mobile Number for Adobe Stock Contributor Account

Hello,
I am trying to add and verify my mobile phone number on my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I keep getting this error message:
An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.

I have tried:

  • Entering my number in the format +92 3XX XXXXXXX (without the leading zero)

  • Using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

  • Clearing cache and cookies

  • Trying again after a few hours

My number is active, and I can receive SMS from other services without any problem. Please let me know if mobile number verification for Pakistan is currently supported, or if there is another solution.

Thank you for your help.

The issue is consitent with some countries, where I think that Adobe does not do directly business. All countries reported until now are in that situation.

This issue has been reported here multiple times.  I don't know if it's region specific, or a technical problem with Adobe's form.

Can you enter your mobile phone number in your online Adobe account?

Hi @ICONIC_WORLD4538 ,

Once you enter your number using the international country code and you keep getting the error message, it means there's either a network problem, or a problem from Adobe. Try changing the phone location and make sure the signal bar is at it's max and try again. It might mean taking the phone outside. Otherwise, you'll need to get suggestions from Adobe by contacting them using the "contact us" at the bottom of your contributor page or contributor account page.

Best wishes

Jacquelin
