Unable to verify Pakistan (+92) mobile number — 'An error occurred while performing this action'

Hello, I am trying to complete my Adobe Stock contributor onboarding, but I cannot add my Pakistan (+92) mobile number to my Adobe account. Every attempt shows 'An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.' — no SMS verification code is ever sent. I have tried different browsers, incognito mode, different devices, and my own phone — same result every time. This is blocking my contributor onboarding at the mandatory phone verification step. Could the Adobe team please investigate whether +92 SMS verification is currently broken, and either fix it or provide an alternative verification method? Thank you.

    Due to strict trade & currency restrictions, Adobe doesn’t direct business with Pakistan. 

    Product customers must go through 3rd party resellers who are authorized to conduct business with Pakistan. For this reason, your local telecom providers are blocking SMS messages from international servers. There’s nothing you or Adobe can do about that. Sorry. 

     

    Try checking back in a few months. In the meantime, submit to other marketplaces.

Your country is presently geo-blocked to prevent you from doing business with Adobe. This is not at Adobe's discretion and is not responsible for the block. Until or unless the geo-location block is lifted, consider submitting assets to the potential stock sites doing business nearer or within your region.
