Unable to verify phone number for new contributor account

After trying various methods and failing for almost six hours, I was disappointed and a little angry! Even though my intentions were sincere, I wanted to share every precious moment in my region that wasn't available in other regions. As a result, for six hours, my phone number verification was rejected. Finally, that very second, I registered for another microstock account that was friendlier and kinder to me... Honestly, this is how I felt... They had no intention of helping me...

I'm having the same problem as you. I just registered for an Adobe Stock account yesterday, but when I tried to verify my phone number, it kept failing! I've tried various methods, but they still don't work. I've contacted Adobe via their official email, but they said they couldn't help. Is my country, Indonesia, also affected by the geolocation block? Is there a grudge between Adobe and Indonesia? I don't know, only they know. 🤣

This is known issue. Nobody can help you while geolocation blocks are in effect. Sorry. 

Usually, this error is the result of Adobe currently not accepting new contributors from that country. However, to be sure, do what ​@daniellei4510 said. Only the correct address is:  contributor-support@adobe.com
