Unable to verify phone number – new Adobe Stock Contributor account

I’m unable to complete the mandatory phone verification for a new Adobe Stock Contributor account.

The email address has already been verified successfully. However, when I try to add a valid Vietnamese mobile number (+84) from the Adobe account settings or from the Adobe Stock Contributor verification page, Adobe immediately displays the following error:

“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”

The error occurs immediately after clicking “Add”, before any verification SMS is sent.

I have already tried:

• Signing out and signing back in
• Trying the verification again from the Adobe Stock Contributor portal
• Adding the phone number directly through Adobe Account settings
• Checking the country code and phone number format
• Retrying in a different browser/private browsing session

The phone number is active and accessible.

I also tried contacting Adobe Stock Contributor Support, but I cannot access the Contributor Support form because the portal redirects me back to the mandatory phone verification page. Adobe’s general support assistant cannot escalate the issue because this Adobe ID does not have a paid Adobe plan.

Could an Adobe employee or moderator please escalate this issue to Adobe Stock Contributor Relations or advise how the phone verification can be reset/fixed for this account?
