Can someone tell me why these photos are not accepted?

Quickly browsing through these at 100% view, the main subjects aren't in focus and there is visible noise in the backgrounds.  There are also some underexposed images looking the histograms.

I hope this helps!

IMG_1376_edited.jpg - not in sharp focus

IMG_1352_edited.jpg - not in sharp focus and chroma noise in the background

IMG_1375_edited.jpg - nearly identical to 1376. Don't submit similars!
IMG_1351_edited.jpg - not in sharp focus, chroma noise

Adobe Stock is already overrun with floral images - >29 million last time I checked. While capturing and editing flowers can be fun and good practice, don't both submitting them to Adobe, the chance that you would ever sell one is close to zero.

I agree with @George_F. You are using a nice lens, but on an EOS2000 your 400mm is like 600mm. So handheld is nearly impossible at 1/100s and even with a tripod, it is difficult. And at f5.6 you have a very narrow DOF. So, the slightest deviation will cost the picture sharpness. And with high ISO (and 800 is high ISO for this sensor) the sharpness will be less anyhow. In addition, you need a good noise reduction.
