Unclear rejection

A couple of AI generated sporty ladies were rejected today. On some pictures I could indeed find imperfections that might have caused the rejections, but here I'm struggling  to see anything. Could it be the skin texture as a whole?

Thank you. I will try to redo it with better quality settings. I was positively surprised by how fast  the approval process was. They stated "up to 8 weeks", but these took less than two days.
