Under 'Uploaded Files" there are zero files under 'new' nor 'In review'.

Upload a file. Message says uploaded is complete. Fill out description form and save work and then submit.

Then I look unde 'Uploaded Files" there are zero files under 'new' nor 'In review'. I tried in Firefox, Chrome and Opera and it's all the same. Nothing. Zero. Zippo Nada.
