Understanding the reason of rejecting this image

Stock is a global assets service, not a greeting card seller. 

Customers will add their own languages, fonts & messages after purchase.

Any designer with a modicum of skill can add their own text. So let them do that themselves.

Don't include text. The buyer can add their own copy. And to do so with this image, they would first have to remove the text you included.

The only thing that I see is Text. By adding text you exclude a lot of potential customers that could use your image for other purposes.
