Unresolved Contributor Account Deactivation

Question

Hello Adobe Stock Community Moderators and Staff,

I am writing to seek assistance or an escalation regarding my contributor account (tedycamera@yahoo.com), which was deactivated on April 23, 2025, under a "suspicious activity" notice.

I promptly completed the required appeal form on the same day, but I have not received any substantive response, explanation, or human review for months despite multiple follow-ups.

Could a moderator please check the status of this case or advise how I can get a manual review from Contributor Relations to either reinstate the account or receive final closure?

my contributor accountwas deactivated on April 23, 2025…=========April 2025??! If that’s not a typo, I think it’s fair to say your relationship with Adobe Stock has been permanently terminated.No Adobe employees here, sorry. This is a user-to-user forum. If you can still log-in, use the contact link in your contributor portal to contact the Contributor Relations Team. If the case number closes immediately, then you have your answer. Your account was terminated. Submit to other marketplaces.
