Unusual Download Activity in My Contributor Account

Hello,

I am an Adobe Stock Contributor and recently noticed unusual download activity in my contributor dashboard that seems abnormal compared to my regular performance.

I would like to confirm whether this activity is legitimate or if there could be any suspicious or unauthorized behavior involved.

Could a moderator or specialist please review my account activity and advise?

Thank you for your support.

There are no moderators here, only contributors like yourself. You didn’t mention just how out of the ordinary the downloads seem, but there could be a number of legitimate reasons, such as someone wanting to cancel their account but using up their remaining credits before doing so, or working on multiple projects. While you’re welcome to contact contributor support with your concern (the link is at the bottom of your dashboard), I personally would recommend waiting it out and don’t attempt to withdraw any funds for the time being.

No one here in this Contributor Community can look into your account and evaluate the recent sales. If you are concerned, use the Contact Us link to reach out directly to Adobe Stock Contributor Support.

Hey @Samia Musa
Could be an indication that you found a niche to further investigate and develop? Watch it for a few days or weeks… See if that area keeps getting downloads. If so, look to further develop it.

Cheers

Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. Spikes in downloads are usually a good thing, especially when transactions are legitimate.

Trust the system. Stock has internal guardrails that alert them to suspicious activity. If they detect a problem, Stock will block your account while they conduct internal audits which could take several weeks or months.
