Hello, I have been attempting to update my Adobe account to become a Stock contributor account as well. I have sent mulitple support requests and still have not received a response from Adobe.

Can someone from Adobe respond to my requests so I know what I need to do in order to update my account?

Thank you.

What do you mean by "update your Adobe Account?"
Did you complete the online application to become a Stock Contributor?

I can't complete the online application. When I first tried to proceed through the normal process, I was already logged into my Adobe account and went to start the contributor application process, but immediately was sent to a page saying that I could only have one contributor account. I never had one before so I don't know why this happened. I can't go any further and to my understanding Adobe would need to update/change my account however they'd need to so that I can actually proceed with the contributor application process.

Contact Stock Contributor Support

ATTN: Multiple Accounts Dept.

https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

Be patient, it may take a while for support to respond. They receive hundreds of requests daily.

You don't need to update your account. In fact, you don't neven need to be an Adobe Customer in order to become an Adobe Stock Contributor. You just need to read all of the Learn & Support Help pages which will guide you on how to create an account and submit content:

As soon as I click the link to "link Adobe ID", I get the message saying that I can't have two contibutor accounts. I don't have any other one already so I can't even pass this step. I completed the support tickets and have yet to get a response from Adobe. Do you know any other way to create an account and have it associated with my actual Adobe account?

No. There is no other way.

What does that mean?

We can't check your account(s), as we are contributors and Adobe customers like you. It may well be, that you have still an old account lying around, that was connected to a contributor account, without you knowing that.

BTW: as a customer, do you have a Teams or Enterprise account?
