Upload Error: "File could not be accepted" - Unable to process EPS files

Hello everyone,

I am encountering a persistent issue while uploading my vector assets. After uploading, the files show a "thumbnail" placeholder and eventually return the error message: "FILE COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED - Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file."

I have checked my files for common issues (open paths, raster elements, hidden layers), and they seem to be clean. This error appears immediately during the processing phase before any human review.

Is this a known server-side issue, or is there something specific in the EPS export settings that might be causing the Adobe Stock processor to fail?

I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Any guidance from the community or staff would be appreciated.
