I got the message file upload error when I upload the AI format that create and export from Adobe illustrator iPad version. Is that an effect from last week issue with vector upload?

Anyone got the same issue?

One thing you could also try: pack your file in a ZIP archive and try to upload it.

Check the filename. Do not allow other points in the filename, except the final point for the extension. Rename your asset to a.ai, and reupload.

thanks,

I have done change the file name before post to the community but still got message of upload error.

what i can see that the EPS still can upload(same file name) but all my AI file that I work on AI - iPad version cannot upload (it cannot select file when browse and select from folder).
I even try to upload via different web browser but still got the same issue.

Now I'm pretty sure the upload error relate with the AI file from Adobe Illustrator iPad version. So I want to know if anyone else work on ipad and got the same issue then we will know it would be the error from Adobe stock and AI file from iPad version. So we can report this.

Btw, i already email to the contributor support but still not hear back from them yet.

There may be an error in the file structure. If you can't upload, you have a problem that can be determined by scanning the file automatically. If you open your file with a text editor (not as an EPS file!!!) you can see the header.

It looks a bit like this:

If you could copy the first few lines here (as a screenshot, like above), that could help.

Did you click in the link "learn more about submission"?

I did but doesn't give me an idea of this error.

I have tested upload with my old file that I submitted last month (that has no issue with upload error and already pass the review) it also got the issue with upload error.

The error just happen this week after their contributor website cannot upload vector file last week. It might some thing relate in the background because I have no issue with EPS format.
