Upload errors on any content

I am trying to upload some vector art, this is what i am getting

• I tested with multiple assets, i get the same error.
• The last asset i tried was a simple SVG icon
• I also tested with a vector that is already in queu (that means it was accepted by the system) and now I get that upload errror.
