Hi two days ago i uploaded around 110 images not “Published For Review” and then deleted them because i thought they would get rejected so i deleted them from my dashboard “From the New Section ”and today i again encouraged myself and after filtering through the images i made the choice to submit around 80+ ish images but some werent uploaded and had canceled automaticaly and i got around 76+ ish in my dashboard so i thought why not delete all the batch and upload again : ) so after i deleted them the upload button got greyed -_- stating upload limit reached but i didnt even added the meta data  or publish my assets now i have to wait a week but i didnt published 200 images they were just added and deleted right from my NEW section without any metadata is it a Glitch should i report to Contributor Support or is it a rule and i should wait, thanks

It seems that the limit is based purely on uploads/submissions and doesn’t factor in deletions. As you’ve surmised, you’ll just have to wait until your limit resets. It’s best to do your review of your assets before uploading them so you can view them at full size and zoom in for careful inspection. Looking at the tiny thumbnails after you’ve already uploaded them isn’t very effective.

I doubt that it’s a glitch. It would appear that the upload count begins when you upload images under the New tab, not when you actually submit the assets for review, and deleting images doesn’t re-open spots to submit again. Which, actually, is kind of eye-opening in terms of how the limit is calculated, at least in part.

Obviously, uploading & deleting files consumes server resources. It’s probably set that way to thwart bots from potentially destabilizing Adobe’s servers with numerous activity requests.

Well normally on some site when i upload some content if the limit is reached i can delete and re upload it auto refreshes like a RAM these strong words thwart bots potentially destabilizing Adobe’s servers with numerous activity requests. kinda hurts who do it normaly uploading and deleting files without adding metedata i know some may put hundreds of assets in upload section without putting em for review but this is another case or it is not ahh i see weekly “upload limit”  not “Submit limit” so i might stack two weeks uploads in the new without putting them for review but cannot add+delete or upload more items then their calculated upload limit but if they calculate uploaded files why not deleted files they might have thinked your way :0 , Thanks for explaining your way btw
