My files have been in review for 12 weeks, can you check the status?

What kind of asset is it?AI processing takes time, so it may take 12 weeks or more. If your non-AI asset has not been reviewed for a long time, please withdraw it, check that there are no problems with the asset, and submit it again.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from Adobe here. It has been suggested by other contributors that assets stuck in the queue for many months should be deleted and resubmitted. You can try doing that with a few of them to see what happens.
