Uploaded files for review - Long wait time

I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else has experienced a long wait time for their uploaded files to be reviewed on Adobe Stock. I uploaded several files for review over three months ago, and I have not received any feedback or updates on their status.

Three months is a new record. If your assets are generative AI or illustrations, that may be normal.

If you are a new contributor, you should check, however, if your ID has been accepted. Review does not start as long your ID is not accepted.

Assets are moderated in the order they have been submitted. You can't do anything to get your assets moderated faster. That would not be fair for those waiting just before you in the line.

(BTW: That would be a way to make money for Adobe. You pay 50 bucks and your assets move before the fifty guys waiting before you. You would be, however, out of luck, if each of those 50 guys would also spend 50 bucks… 😂)

It is indeed worth looking if the assets have advanced into the “Review” tab, as suggested by @Test Screen Name. That would mean that additional input or action is needed.

Do the images show up in the REMINDER category under your account?

It appears that you're new here to the Community Forum. welcome! Take some time to peruse some of the other recent posts, and you'll see that this is a frequent topic of conversation here. Due to the huge influx of Generative AI assets, many of them from contributors uploading hundreds, or even thousands at a time, the reviewing queue has grown to 1-2 months for Illustrations, including Generative AI. Review time for photographs remains a more reasonable 4-10 days.

There is nothing you can do to hasten the process. Patience.
