Uploaded Files tab not working

Hi all 

On my desktop, everything is fine; on my Android tablet, the Uploaded Files tab isn't working, and never has: I get no sub-menu (new, rejected, etc), and a blank screen with "no items" in the middle.  I guess it's an incompatibility issue with the Android tablet, but has anyone else experienced this problem, and more importantly, found a solution?
