Uploaded Graphics Disappear from Review – Not Showing in Dashboard or Rejected Section

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a strange issue when uploading graphics to Adobe Stock. After submission, I can see my files in the “In Review” section for some days. But then, after a while, they vanish:

They don’t show up in the “Not Accepted” (Rejected) section.

They aren’t visible on my dashboard or anywhere else.

It’s like they just disappear from the platform.

Has anyone else faced this issue?
Do you know what happens to these vanished files?
Is there something specific I should be doing to recover or track them?
