Uploaded PNG files

I have uploaded a lot of PNG files. I'm now wondering if I should have made them all JPG.

Do people have the option to download as JPG or is PNG just as acceptable for people to download these days? (Basically just wondering if I have given myself an issue in not making the files as readily accessible to folks who might want a simple photo!)

Photos should be uploaded as JPEG. It simply does not make sense to upload them as PNG. Cutouts should be uploaded as PNG, as JPEG does not support transparency.
