Uploading a photo ID card

I've received an email stating my ID was rejected so I want to upload my driving licence. However, the email doesn't state where I need to upload my ID. Searching these forums and Adobe help throws up nothing. Can someone please provide a link to where one can upload a new ID.

    I don't have a direct link to share with you. Go to the "uploaded files" tab and you should see a notification your ID was previously rejected followed by a link to upload a new copy.

      I have tried to upload a new ID multiple times recently, as mine got rejected as well. Every time I click on the "Let's go" button next to the red rejection notification, nothing happens. My screen does not bring me to another page. Please help.

      I am having this issue as well. The "let's go" button to submit photo ID does not work.
