Can I upload my files to other stock websites? If yes, what are the rules I should follow? For example, should my name be the same on all stock sites, or will anything be tested or investigated about me?

Yes, you may. Adobe claims no exclusivity with regard to submitted images. Details such as names, titles, keywords are of no concern. Submit the assets according to the rules of the other stock sites.

The Contributor Agreement, which you should have read, clearly states that Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to any of your submissions. You can upload them elsewhere as long as those other sites do not require exclusivity. You dint bonded it have the same user name across all sites.

Adobe Stock for the general contributor doesn't have an 'exclusive agreement' like other stock platforms, so you can submit to Adobe and wherever else you like!😊The world's your oyster!
