I want to upload images that has my organization logo so that press can pick up our latest images, but I am unable to upload them? Can anybody clarify the process for it? Does property release form also need to be submitted with the image?

In addition to @Abambo 's comments, I would add that Adobe Stock won't accept into the Illustrative Editorial collection any assets which are not relevant to a current newsworthy topic. Therefore, your submission of your company's signs and logos are likely to be rejected anyway unless possibly it's a large well-known company that is frequently in the news. I used to work near eBay's headquarters, took a picture of their sign at the main building one day when I was out for a lunchtime walk and submitted it to the Illustrative Editorial collection. It has been sold several times.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Any asset uploaded for commercial use that contains trademarked content, including a corporate logo, needs a property release signed by an authorized person representing that company. However, if you authorize such images for commercial use it means that any Adobe Stock subscriber can use your corporate assets to remix, edit, include on merchandise, etc.

If you only want your corporate images to used by the press or other users in editorial applications, you must upload them as Illustrative Editorial content, for which property releases aren't required.

Thanks Jill for your inputs really appreciate it. The thing is Illustrative editorial content option is only available to contributors who have sold 100 or more images from their account according to Adobe guidelines and as I am just starting I don't qulaify this criteria. Please advise what should be done, is their any other way to upload my company logo/signage?

No, execept if you have an extensive illustrative portfolio somewhere else, where you can demonstrate your talent.

Anyhow, what you want to do is not editorial use. If you want the press to pick up your assets for your press releases, send the assets directly to the press with your press release.

If you publish them here, anyone can use them (if editorial use only, anyone can use them in an editorial way). You cant control the message. No company want's that.

Press won't search your assets here to post an article about your company, and except if the company is a highly visible company like Coca Cola, Apple, ... the press has no interest in using your for pay images.
