uploading local businesses photo that are permanently closed

I take photos of my local businesses, and I sometimes see businesses that are permanently closed. Is it a good idea to upload them or not?

Thank you kindly,

They're still owned by someone, so unless you can get property releases from the owners, they will be rejected based on IP issues.

You can take your chances, but unless Adobe considers them "newsworthy", they will be rejected.
