There was an Adobe stock account of mine that has been banned. Can I upload the previous designs to the new account?

Why did you upload these files? Looks like spam to me....

I have already deleted those files. Now I feel safe!

Sure, if you avoid what got you banned.

Waste of time. It's very time consuming to upload, add titles, keywords, submit, wait for acceptance.... and then get banned again. Adobe knows who you are, and that you've violated guidelines and/or the Contributor Agreement already.

Sure, if you want to get the second account banned.

Could you please let me know why it will be banned? My previous account was banned for irregular sales activities. Though It was not my fault.

How long ago did the ban occur? Has Adobe advised that your account was permanently banned? If you have been permanently banned, they have concluded that you were complicit in the fraudulent sales activities. If not, they might still be investigating.
