just want to ask about uploading. What's wrong? I can't upload all the files. Its just got stuck. I Upload 35 files, 27 got stuck and still loading for a couple hour until now. It happened from 2 days ago. It worked for a while, but it happened again
What is the size of your assets in mega bytes? Did you try a different browser and/or computer? Did you try a different network like home/work/cell?
Disable temporarily your anti-virus (as a last test, and only when being on a private network, not on a public hotspot). What antivirus do your have? A lot of third party AV are slowing the computer.

Thank you for your answer. I dont know total of all assets that i try to upload. But the sze for 1 file is around 15-20MB. And it never have a problem like this before.
No, i'm not using public hotspot.
Yes, i tried different network, and it works. I used mobile data too, so slow but i still can upload it and not getting stuck.
and I tried different browser too, I use Chrome and it works really good. I can upload up to 50+ files. I used Safari before and getting stuck.
Clearing cache and cookies may be of help. Disabling any browser helpers may help too.
I did not quite understand, are you uploading as a standard from a cell network, or did you just try that one out?
Uploading smaller batches, like ten or only 5 assets in a row, may also help. It may just be the same issue as the traffic on a road. If you have a road that typically allows for 10 cars at a given time, and you have 15 cars, the traffic gets stuck, and the ten cars behind come to a standstill. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_congestion
Your file is basically a car and your line is the road.

There are many jumps and hops from your network to the other that it's difficult to tell where the problem might be. Have you tried a traceroute or know someone who can show you how to do it? (it's usually as simple as something like 'traceroute contributor.stock.adobe.com' using a Terminal app. This will telll you if something upstream might be causing the issue. (This is the full extent of my knowledge with IT and I still might know what I'm talking about.).
Adobe Community Expert | If you can't fix it, hide it; if you can't hide it, delete it.
The hops are irrelevant here. Except if one of the computers/routers along the road is under a DOS attack. If that is the case, the issue is temporary.
