Uploading via FTP not showing up in contributor

Used this method previously with no problems however now it uploads correctly but wont show when i refresh or reload up the contributor panel.

Only thing that i can think of is i connected my adobe account with my behance but i dont see how as all my ftp login connects with no issue.
