Uploading visuals for editorial use...

Hello. I have the following problem. I want to submit a photo for editorial use. While uploading, window appear where it says that I have to confirm

that my content does not contain logos, trademarks, etc. This is illogical, because editorial content does. What do I do with it?

Can you upload a print screen showing the error message? I'm not seeing this when I select Illustrative Editorial on my submission screen.

I chose only one photo to upload - for editorial use. This window pops up during upload.

This appears to be a new reminder screen, probably in an attempt to reduce the number of incomplete and non compliant submissions. It is my assumption that the warning regarding IP issues does not apply to Illustrative Editorial assets.
