Uploading with windows xp

Been uploading to Adobe via windows xp for many years. Suddenly having problems, clicking on browse files in upload window and nothing happens. Had no problems until today thanks in advance

XP,  my gosh!  XP is obsolete software from 2001.  Microsoft quit supporting it in 2014.  For obvious security reasons, you should not be using XP particularly on the Internet.

 

To communicate with Adobe's servers & systems, your OS and browsers must support  TLS1.2 or higher security connections.  I know Windows 10 & MS Edge support it.  I think there's a MS Fix for Win 7.  But unsupported OSs are likely to be too outdated for the Fix to work.  See below.

First, you're posting 3 times nearly the same message. Please wait for someone to answer. If you want to add to your message, you can reply to your initial message. If you post to the worm forum, a moderator will move the post.

 

Second, as @Nancy OShea correctly states, you should not have Windows XP connected to the internet for security reasons. You should have used the free time slot to upgrade to Windows 10.

    You've posted 3 messages on this same subject so far today without response, so it seems safe to conclude that few of us have any recent experience with, or are currently using, Windows XP. MS stopped supporting it in 2014, so software incompatibilities and conflicts are inevitable. I also searched this forum for "XP" and found only a few posts that are quite dated. You can either search this community for "XP", or search all communities to broaden the reach of your query.
