URGENT: 6 Months Silence - Account Blocked & Earnings Withheld (Case #00430004)

I am writing here to ask for help because I have received no human response from support for exactly 6 months.
My Background: I have been a dedicated contributor for nearly 2 years with a portfolio of over 8,400 original assets.
The Issue:

Status: My contributor account was blocked on August 18, 2025.

Old Ticket: #00430004 (No update/ignored for 6 months).

New Ticket: #00477017 (Created today regarding unpaid earnings).

Impact: Approximately $600 in unpaid earnings are currently locked in the account.
I understand delays happen, but being silenced for half a year without a single update on my appeal or my hard-earned funds is extremely disheartening.
Could you please help escalate this to the Contributor Relations team? I just want to know if my account can be reinstated or how I can withdraw my earnings.
