Urgent: Account Block Issues - Need Resolution

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a recurring issue that I have been facing with my contributor accounts on Adobe Stock. I have provided a list of my accounts, along with the most recent issue:

Over the past year, I have encountered multiple instances where my contributor accounts have been blocked by Adobe Stock due to what appear to be sales-related issues. Despite my best efforts to seek clarification and resolve these issues, I have not received valid reasons for the blocks. Each time, I have reached out to Adobe Stock's support team, but the issue remains unresolved.

I value my relationship with Adobe Stock as a contributor and take my responsibilities seriously. I have consistently followed Adobe Stock's contributor guidelines and have strived to provide high-quality content to the platform.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. It is essential for me to understand the reasons behind these recurring blocks, as they have a significant impact on my ability to contribute to Adobe Stock and earn a livelihood from my creative work.

I am willing to cooperate fully and take any necessary steps to rectify any issues that may have arisen. However, I need specific information about what is causing these account blocks to occur repeatedly so that I can work toward a resolution.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Im starting to think that is what Adobe has been doing to me. I dont know at all what they are doing it for. I had an account that that I was on a team working with them but all of a sudden FireFly no longer worked for me, anytime I try to go deal with my profile all i get is a page with the error red box saying  "Unable to load plans Please try again." and i didn't know what to do, i tried making a new account, and that quickly got banned even before i could ask the team to put me back on with that account. I did not do any sales of any kind on anything. They just dont even tell me nothing, just make all their websites not work correctly giving either that error or for the case of FireFly they dont state nothing, just when i click to generate it bring me to a page saying adobe firefly is soon gonna be in apps i can use, and nothing more. I spent 3 weeks troubleshooting what was going on with my machine and now after just reading this post Im realizing for myself that might be my case here. F#&'in Adobe they are too big to even care about the single man trying to use their tools. Plus the only way I can ever get use of it is through being on a team they charge so much more than a company should be charging and they do that just cause they can. There is nothing i can do now and it just depresses me so much.

You are talking about FireFly, so I suppose your trouble is with FireFly. This is not the forum for FireFly. You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum, and none of the participants here can help you with your account issues.

 

Surely, this series of blocked accounts should be a clue to you that you ARE violating Adobe's guidelines and perhaps the Contributor Agreement as well. Reread all of the help pages and the Contributor Agreement, and you'll know where you've gone wrong. Adobe will not negotiate with individual Contributors regarding a restoration of their account. Keep in mind that for every $1 you make in royalties, Adobe makes $2; thus they have no incentive to close compliant, productive accounts.

if i'm voilating any Adobe term they have to tell me. every time they blocked my account they said "There is some sales issue with your account"

there is no copyright or intellectual property issue. i do nothing with my sales.

If you have suspicious sales activity, your account gets blocked and there is an investigation. That is a routine operation. As you have experienced issues like this multiple times, I would suggest that you stop contributing to Adobe stocks. That is the only possibility to avoid this.

Alone the number of accounts is reason enough to block your accounts. You are only allowed multiple accounts if they each contain different media types.

sir i created only 1 account at time when my fisrt account got blocked then i created 2nd account and so on

i don't create all accounts at onces
