I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out here on the web board as I'm currently experiencing an account validation issue with my account. The message I received states that my account has a validation status, and I should contact support for assistance.
I believe there might be a misunderstanding, and I'd like to provide some context to help resolve this matter promptly. Every piece of work I submit for sale on Adobe stock is accompanied by a sketch file for each step of the creative process. Furthermore, I take great care to ensure that the original files I upload are entirely my own work and have not been used or sourced from any other creator.
I've attempted to contact support via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response to address this issue. As this matter is of great importance to me, I'm reaching out to the community in hopes of getting the attention of the Adobe support team.
If there are any additional steps or information required from my end to validate my account or if there's a specific department or contact person I should be reaching out to, please let me know. I'm eager to resolve this situation and continue contributing to the platform.
