Urgent Account Validation Issue - Need Assistance

Hello Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out here on the web board as I'm currently experiencing an account validation issue with my account. The message I received states that my account has a validation status, and I should contact support for assistance.

 

I believe there might be a misunderstanding, and I'd like to provide some context to help resolve this matter promptly. Every piece of work I submit for sale on Adobe stock is accompanied by a sketch file for each step of the creative process. Furthermore, I take great care to ensure that the original files I upload are entirely my own work and have not been used or sourced from any other creator.

 

I've attempted to contact support via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response to address this issue. As this matter is of great importance to me, I'm reaching out to the community in hopes of getting the attention of the Adobe support team.

 

If there are any additional steps or information required from my end to validate my account or if there's a specific department or contact person I should be reaching out to, please let me know. I'm eager to resolve this situation and continue contributing to the platform.

What do you mean by "Every piece of work I submit for sale on Adobe stock is accompanied by a sketch file for each step of the creative process. Furthermore"? Did you upload that sketch file as well as the finished work?

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

We are sorry to hear about your validation issue. Once you've reached out to Adobe via the contact link in the e-mail notification you received or the link on your contributor account page you'll need to wait for a response, which seems to take a while. The people who monitor this forum are end-users, mainly contributors volunteers and have no access to your account. Hence, we are unable to assist you in any way. 

Let's hope all is well with your account and it will be restored soon.
