URGENT – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Hacked – Email Changed Without Authorization

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,

I am contacting you urgently because I believe my Adobe Stock Contributor account has been hacked or compromised.

I recently noticed an unauthorized change to the email address associated with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. I did not make or authorize this change.

Unauthorized Email Change

On September 4, 2026, at approximately 1:06 PM, I noticed an email notification indicating that the email address associated with my Adobe Stock account had been changed to an unknown/unrecognized email address:

I did not make this change, and I do not recognize or authorize this email address.

This strongly indicates that someone may have gained unauthorized access to my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

I am extremely concerned about the security of my Contributor Portfolio, submitted content, account information, earnings, and payment details.

Please urgently help me:

  1. Investigate the unauthorized access to my Adobe Stock Contributor account.
  2. Restore my original registered email address, if possible.
  3. Secure my Contributor account and remove any unauthorized access.
  4. Check whether the hacker changed any account, portfolio, payment, or payout information.
  5. Protect my Contributor earnings and submitted content from unauthorized activity.
  6. Help me regain full control of my Adobe Stock Contributor account.
  7. Review the account activity around the time the email address was changed.

I am fully available for any verification required to prove that I am the legitimate owner of this account. I can provide appropriate account information and complete Adobe's official verification process.

I have also attached screenshots of my Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio and Behance profile as supporting evidence of my account ownership and identity.

Please treat this as an urgent account-security issue and let me know what I need to do next to recover and secure my account.

Thank you for your immediate assistance.

Best regards,

Do you have an Adobe Teams or Enterprise plan?

I ask because your IT dept may have changed your log-in profile & failed to notify you.

Contact your plan admin for more details.

So you’re now unable to access your account? You need to contact contributor support. Adobe does not monitor this forum. It also doesn’t help that you are including personal information such as your email on a public forum.

Adobe Stock Contributor Support does not routinely monitor this forum, and even if they do, will not respond to private account inquiries here.  You should contact Adobe Customer Service to report this issue.
