Urgent Appeal – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivation (Cases #00483335, #00475173)

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding the recent deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account due to suspected unusual activity. I am extremely concerned about this situation.

I would like to sincerely clarify that I have never engaged in any fraudulent or abusive activity. In fact, when I noticed unusual download activity on my account, I immediately contacted Adobe Support because I was also worried about it.

For your reference, my related case numbers are:

- 00483335

- 00475173

- ADB-44447639-S2F1

I have always tried to follow Adobe Stock guidelines honestly. I did not share my account with anyone, nor did I attempt to increase downloads artificially in any way.

This account is very important to me, as my work and income depend on it. I am truly worried and respectfully request you to please review my account activity again.

If any additional verification or information is required, I am fully willing to cooperate.

I kindly ask for your understanding and request you to reconsider my account status.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Best regards

  1. This user-to-user forum is NOT a pipeline to Adobe staff.
  2. Nobody here can help you with an account problem. That’s private matter between you and Contributor Support staff.
  3. If they haven’t responded to your open case #s yet, that’s because they haven’t concluded their investigation.
  4. Be patient. Work on other projects. Submit content to other services.

Re-read the following links. You may have overlooked something that caused your account to be deactivated.

Good luck.

There really is nothing that the Contributor community here in this forum can do to help get your account restored, and Adobe does not respond to account inquiries here in this public forum.

They do not reply. You must be patient and wait their decision following a review. You cannot speedup or influence the process.
