Urgent Appeal – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Reactivation
Subject: Urgent Appeal for Account Reactivation
Dear Adobe Contributor Support Team,
I am writing to urgently appeal for the reactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account, my wife's account, and my mother's account. I was previously directed to contact the Contributor Relations Team, but I have now been advised to reach out directly to the Contributor Help Desk.
Regarding the Violation:
I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I received an Airtel SIM card that included a complimentary Adobe Express plan, and I wrongly used it to download photos from my own contributor account. I take full responsibility for this error. I have since thoroughly reviewed all Adobe Stock contributor guidelines and give my word that this will never happen again.
Regarding Our Shared IP Address:
Our household consists of three separate individuals — myself (Vinothraj), my wife (Pandeeswari), and my mother (Vijayalakshmi) — each operating independently as contributors. All three of us are distinct, tax-registered individuals holding separate Government of India PAN Cards, separate email addresses, and separate PayPal accounts. We are fully prepared to submit all documentation immediately upon request.
However, we share a single home fiber internet connection, as maintaining multiple connections is not financially feasible for our family (an additional connection costs approximately ₹10,000). A shared IP address does not reflect a shared identity — we are three legally and financially independent individuals who simply live under the same roof.
Personal Circumstances:
I have been attempting to resolve this matter since February — now over three months — without resolution. These accounts represent our family's sole source of income. Our young son is affected by ( DMD - Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy ), and the earnings from these contributor accounts are critical to funding his medical care and our family's survival.
I humbly request one opportunity to demonstrate that this was an isolated mistake. Please consider reactivating all three accounts.
I am available to provide any documentation, verification, or information required to support this appeal.
Yours sincerely,
Vinothraj
