URGENT: Approved files have disappeared from my public portfolio (Contributor ID: 212885979)

Hello,
My name is Muhammad Rifki and my Contributor ID is 212885979. I need urgent help with a technical issue.
Here is the timeline of my problem:
1. My first photos were approved around August 1st.
2. For many days, they did not appear in my public portfolio due to an indexing delay.
3. On August 5th, the photos finally appeared and were visible to the public.
4. However, on August 7th, all my photos disappeared from my public portfolio again, and it has been empty ever since (today is August 11).
I have already confirmed this is not a browser cache issue. The portfolio is empty on all devices and in incognito mode.
I tried to contact support via live chat today, but the system incorrectly connected me to the Sales Team who could not help or transfer me.
Please, can a moderator or staff member investigate this technical issue with my account? My portfolio has been wrongly empty for many days.
