Urgent Case Review Needed: Account Wrongfully Deactivated After Successful Payout History & Missed "Free Collection" Offer (Case #00514505)

Dear Adobe Stock Community & Support Team,
I am writing this earnest appeal to request you to please reopen and review my active support case (Case #00514505) regarding my wrongfully deactivated contributor account (ID: 212522697), which has been blocked since May 15, 2026.
Despite sending multiple emails with all necessary proofs—including my passport, approved portfolio items, and a history of successful past payouts—I have received no meaningful response or human review to date.
Why my case urgently needs a manual human review:
Missed Upfront Opportunity: Just days after my account was blocked, Adobe Stock officially emailed me inviting me to nominate my portfolio assets for the "Free Collection" Upfront Payment opportunity (with 4 suggested assets selected for review). Because my account is locked, I couldn't even submit those selected files.
Previous False Positive Cleared: A similar automated block happened in February 2026, which your manual team reviewed, found zero violations, and fully reinstated. Since then, I have strictly followed every rule and organically grew my portfolio to over 1,150+ approved assets.
The Payout Trigger: Around May 9th–10th, when I requested my legitimate earnings payout alongside an organic $19.83 extended license download, your system falsely flagged me. As a creator, I have zero control over buyer purchases or payout triggers.
I am an honest graphic designer from Bangladesh. I respectfully request the moderators or support staff to please open my case, look at the proofs and passport I submitted, and give me a proper human response to restore my account.
Thank you for your time and kind consideration.
Best regards,
Shorif Billah

    1. Adobe employees don’t monitor these user-to-user forums.  Fellow users can’t help you.
    2. Deactivation for “unusual account activity” is usually triggered by more than a minor spike in purchases. Something else caused your account to be flagged for an internal review.
    3. Use the contact us link in your Contributor portal. This is a private matter between you and the Contributor Relations Team.
    4. An internal review may take several weeks or months, depending on the volume of cases ahead of yours. While you wait, work on other projects & submit to outside services.

    Good luck.

Certain curious features/actions can automatically trigger a deactivation of an account when the contributor request a payout. Since this has already recently happened, I suggest you take the measures need to resolve the curious features/actions that are causing the deactivation.

It is really frustrating reading posts like yours two and three times a week. That is why I slowed down uploading to the site, because of the fear of deactivation for no reason. If you haven't heard from them since May, I doubt very much, according to the other contributors' posts, that they will answer you. I feel so bad for you. It isn't fair, and less fair that support won't answer you or any other contributor that has a post like yours. Best of luck.

When my portfolio was deactivated, it took three months for me to receive a response. So there's still hope...

I've also heard of cases where people had to wait up to four months before getting a reply.

As frustrating as this situation is, sadly there is nothing any of the Contributors in this forum can do to help resolve your issue,

We are contributors like yourself and Adobe moderators or staff do not check into this forum. Unfortunately, no one on this forum can be of assistance. You have a case number, you’ve filed an appeal and there is nothing more you can do but continue to wait.
