"Urgent: Contributor Account Suspended - Contact Form Error - Case ID: ADB-45003940-H9L8"

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account [email removed by moderator] has been suspended. I have a Case ID: ADB-45003940-H9L8.

Recently, I noticed an unusual spike in downloads. I assumed they were genuine bulk sales and I requested a payout. Shortly after, my account was deactivated for suspicious activity. I want to clarify that I am a genuine contributor and I have no idea how those unusual downloads happened. All my work is 100% original.

I am unable to use the official contact form as it shows an error, and support emails are bouncing back. I am ready to provide original RAW files and my identity documents for verification. Please escalate my case to the Compliance Team for a manual review.

Thank you.

Sounds like you might be in a blocked geolocation like Indonesia or mainland China. Unfortunately, NOBODY can do anything while a geolocation block is in effect.

Thank you for your reply, Nancy. However, I am from Bangladesh, which is not a blocked geolocation for Adobe.

The issue is that my account was suspended for "suspicious activity" immediately after an unusual spike in downloads and a payout request. It seems the support form and email block is a result of my account deactivation, not my location.

I have a valid Case ID: ADB-45003940-H9L8. Since I cannot reach the Stock team through regular channels, I am hoping an Adobe Staff member here can help escalate this for a manual review. I have original RAW files to prove my work is legitimate.

Again, there are no Adobe staff members who participate on this forum. And it’s unlikely you have been blocked from contacting them. Have you tried a different browser? Are you using a VPN? Have you tried clearing your cache? Do you have access to a different computer that you can use to contact Adobe? Perhaps one of these will help you get through to them.

Adobe personnel rarely visit this forum and will not see your request here. There’s nothing this community of fellow Contributors can do to escalate your case. Just reply to the “Contact Us” link on your account if you haven’t already done so and await their reply. In can take weeks or even months for your case to be investigated.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. Adobe does not participate in this forum. What error message are you getting when you attempt to use the Contact Us link?
