Urgent Help Needed – No Response to Contributor Account Appeals (Case #00387133)

Hello Adobe Stock Team,

I’m reaching out for urgent help regarding my contributor account, which was suspended in early March. I have submitted multiple appeals — at least 4 to 5 times — but I have not received any detailed reply or clarification.

My latest appeal is under Case #00387133. My account had over 48,000 approved files, and I have always tried to follow Adobe’s contributor guidelines closely.

I would truly appreciate it if someone from the Adobe team could review my case and help me understand what went wrong, and how I can fix it. I’m ready to comply with all policies and just need a fair chance.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,

For obvious privacy reasons, Adobe will NEVER discuss an ongoing account issue in a public forum.

You won't receive an answer here. Sorry.

Best advice: move on from this and submit content to other services.

Best of luck.

Something doesn't add up...

you say 48 k approved files, and also that you're new here...  it's one thing to challenge files for legit reasons, and another to insist submissions that infringe on copyright, releases, or other clear objections.

And you're not even sharing a rejection image...

Perhaps you know the real reason and left that out.

Either way, there's nothing any other contributor can do to help you!

We are contributors like yourself, and we can not be of assistance. You should not continue filing appears. You create a new ticket number every time you do and further complicate and slow down the procedure involved in getting your case investigated.
